National Remember Our Troops Campaign
We are in the beginning stages of a national hiring campaign for 500 new employees and we need 50 Division Managers throughout the USA to build and manage these divisions.
Division Managers are paid a 20% override on their Field Representative’s total donations weekly in addition to regular commission on personal production.
Field Representatives solicit donations from businesses within a territory that you assign to them within your division.
Your goal should be to have your division fully staffed with competent reps as soon as possible. Your division should easily hold 15 to 25 reps… or more.
We will instruct you on how to quickly and successfully build your division using social media.
You are in charge of hiring, training and managing all field reps within your division. Obviously you should be proficient at being a sales rep yourself and be willing to travel within your division.
Five of our best performing Division Managers will shortly be promoted to Regional Manager.
How big is my division?
Division Manager Qualifications:
To qualify for override a Division Manager must have first collected $500.00 in donations from businesses in the field. You can apply now and if hired get your $500 in donations later.
Division Manager Minimum Production Standard:
1. At the end of 90 days (13 weeks) from your hire date your division will be evaluated and is expected to be performing at a minimum of $3,000 per week in total donations including your personal production.
2. At the end of 180 days (26 weeks) from your hire date your division will be evaluated and is expected to be performing at a minimum of $5,000 per week in total donations including your personal production.
3. After your division’s 180 day evaluation, a division evaluation will be conducted at the end of each 90 days. Division production, including your personal production, is expected to be performing at a reasonable level. Reasonable level is to be determined by NROTC.
Does this sound like something you would like to do?
Note: If you prefer NOT to apply as Division Manager and you think you may be happier as a Field Representative, apply here:
We do expect Division Managers to get started right away after being hired and be willing to work at least 30 hours per week.
