Welcome to the
"Work At Home" Tele-Sales Rep, TSR, Employment Area!
- We are looking for a few good people -
Are you a big supporter of our military service personnel and their mission?

Does your heart go out for the military spouses, the children, the mom’s, the dad’s and other family members back home, who go to bed every night praying for their loved one’s safe return?

Does your heart go out to our wounded and the families of our fallen heroes?

Here is a way where you can do something meaningful for the people who are at this very moment, fighting and sacrificing for the freedom of so many.

We are looking for certain qualified individuals who would enjoy being paid to work for a really great cause!

This is Tom Ruley, Founder and President of NROTC, welcoming you to our "private" offices in cyberspace! I am about to give you an explanation of the income opportunity NROTC has to offer. It is my attempt to give you enough information to make an intelligent decision on this.

There is no link to this page from our main website. To get here, you must be invited. Please keep a record of this web address so you can easily return. Here is the address: http://www.nrotc.org/sales.htm

I hope that if you haven't already, you will spend some additional time on our main website, to learn more about who we are and what we do. Here is our main website address: http://www.nrotc.org/

One person asked: Is this a job or is it for charity?... Answer: I understand your question. NROTC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. A Charity... It is not uncommon at all for a nonprofit to have expenses, and to pay salaries and commissions. For all of the work it takes to solicit a donation, we do not expect you to be a volunteer.

What we are offering is a W2 employer/employee, 100% work from home telemarketing situation. It is a "real" job and not an independent contractor position. We take care of all the withholding taxes for you and your paycheck is automatically deposited into your bank account weekly. This is to be considered a full time position. That being said, because you are working mostly unsupervised, we cannot actually control how many hours per week you work. We do expect our TSR's to maintain at least "minimum" production standards. Time off for personal business or recreation from time to time is okay. Just tell us.

Your job will be to solicit donations from businesses to support our mission. You can call residential if you want to but we really DO NOT recommend it. There is more money in it for you calling businesses!

You will need to have a nice quiet home office, a phone with unlimited long distance, a computer with an internet connection, a fax or a fax modem in your computer, or a subscription fax service like eFax.com. This job will require you to be on the phone and on the internet at the same time.

Note: It is possible you can do this job without a land-line phone by using VOIP, (Voice Over Internet Protocol), and a USB headset.

We welcome experienced sales professionals, stay at home moms and military veterans. We are sensitive to the needs of the disabled, especially recent military veterans from the front lines of freedom. If you are inexperienced in telesales but you are teachable and willing to work hard, you are welcome also. Being a experienced sales professional is NOT a requirement.

Management positions DO EXIST. Show us you can do this job well and perhaps you can build your own team.

Our actual pitch is takes only 45 seconds. Time it yourself from "Hi Mr./Mrs. _____".... to... "Can we count on you for at least $100 this year?". Here is our Business Phone Script.

Right now, using this script, and our scripted rebuttals to stalls or objections, our current ACTUAL AND VERIFYABLE average business donation is $168.78 and our average return rate is 56.23%

While you should be able to earn an a nice income with NROTC, we cannot offer you unlimited earnings potential. There is a ceiling on your earnings. Being a nonprofit organization and to comply with IRS rules, no commissioned representative or manager can earn more than a reasonable amount for services compared with similarly situated profit and nonprofit organizations. IRS is very clear and particular on this. The following is written into the NROTC Bylaws, Article V:

5.3 Commission Based Pay Salary Cap. "As a further assurance that a fair but not excessive amount to be re-numerated to the commission based sales representatives and sales managers, a salary cap of no more than $2,000.00, (two thousand dollars), per week will be paid to any sales representative or sales manager. Any weekly commission overage amount unpaid shall not accrue or be added to regular weekly commissions at a later date. This $2,000.00 per week maximum represents a very generous $104,000 per year and it is commensurate with performance and other top level professional sales producer and top level professional sales management positions." Note: This also means that the maximum commission paid on any one donation is $2,000.00.

Sorry, IRS required us to do this. If you can live with this commission cap... great!

Let me try to give you a better idea how this all works.

On all first time donations, we pay you commission up to 40%, up to the cap. On renewals, which are defined as all donations after the first donation, we pay you up to 30% commission up to the cap. Renewals are issued at the discretion of NROTC management but we try to issue renewals to the TSR who first wrote the deal.

There is an exception to the above. Being a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, NROTC also qualifies to receive private, corporate and governmental GRANTS. Grants are a different animal as compared to straight donations. More scrutiny and individual Grant financial accountability issues arise when it comes to IRS and therefore Grants MUST be treated differently in regards to NROTC’s payment of commissions to a TSR. ALL GRANTS ARE HANDLED BY NROTC HEADQUARTERS!... A TSR may refer Grant Applications to NROTC but from that point forward they are out of it. NROTC will do its best to see that a TSR will be compensated to some degree for referring any grant proposals to us, however, because some grants are "Restricted" and direct all funds to be used on a specific NROTC charitable program, no promise to pay any commissions or referral fees at all can made or implied here.

Note: For certain events that NROTC sponsors from time to time such as local fundraisers, rallies, concerts, golf tournaments etc., because of the various event expense related issues involved, there is usually a different commission structure. Only certain TSR's are selected to organize these events and this is done by way of a separate Event Coordinator Agreement.

You will be issued a calling assignment and you are only to call within it. You are to call every business in your assignment. You may be calling out of your home state and into different time zones.

INVOICING PROCEDURE:

We have a custom paperless "TSR Module" program that you will download to your computer. Your leads will be in the program. You will have the business owner or CEO's name. *$400 and Up - Not to exceed $2,000 Weekly Commission Cap

Let's take a closer look:

Based on our current ACTUAL AND VERIFYABLE average business donation of $168.78 and our average return rate of 56.23%

For a typical 8 hour day, NOT COUNTING deals you will close on the phone... if you can produce:

One Pledge Every 4 Hours, You will earn:

2 Pledges per day = $337.56 X 5 days = $1,687.80 X 56.23% Return Rate = $949.05 X 35% = $332.17 Per Week

One Pledge Every 3 and One Half Hours, You will earn:

2.3 Pledges per day = $388.19 X 5 days = $1,940.95 X 56.23% Return Rate = $1,091.40 X 40% = $436.56 Per Week

One Pledge Every 3 Hours, You will earn:

2.67 Pledges per day = $450.64 X 5 days = $2,253.20 X 56.23% Return Rate = $1,266.97 X 40% = $506.79 Per Week

One Pledge Every 2 and One Half Hours, You will earn:

3.2 Pledges per day = $540.10 X 5 days = $2,700.50 X 56.23% Return Rate = $1,518.49 X 40% = $607.40 Per Week

One Pledge Every 2 Hours, You will earn:

4 Pledges per day = $675.12 X 5 days = $3,375.60 X 56.23% Return Rate = $1,898.10 X 40% = $759.24 Per Week

One Pledge Every Hour and One Half, You will earn:

5.3 Pledges per day = $894.53 X 5 days = $4,472.65 X 56.23% Return Rate = $2,514.97 X 40% = $1,005.99 Per Week

One Pledge Every Hour, You will earn:

8 Pledges per day = $1,350.24 X 5 days = $6,751.20 X 56.23% Return Rate = $3,796.20 X 40% = $1,518.48 Per Week

Note: If you are better than our "average" TSR, and you can maintain a "higher" average pledge amount and/or return percentage, OR PUT OUT MORE PLEDGES PER DAY... you can obviously earn more!... OR... Earn the same, working less hours! ... While working from home... NOT BAD!

YES!... Many businesses do contribute to NROTC!... Our solicitation methods are proven and work very well!

It may take you a few weeks of putting out your invoices and building up your pipeline before the donations and commissions really start rolling in. If you are putting in the time on the phone and you can hang in there with this until then, we know you will be pleased with the results... and this can all be done working from home!

USE FAX AND EMAIL!!!

MOST BUSINESSES HAVE A FAX AND EMAIL!... Use your fax and email TO GREAT ADVANTAGE!... NO KIDDING... Asking a business owner if they would be willing to send in their donation right away if you send them a Pledge Form by fax or email REALLY WORKS!... Checks do arrive at NROTC Headquarters within days of faxes or emails going out!!!... This obviously means that you will get paid sooner!... AND YOU ARE HELPING NROTC SAVE ON POSTAGE COSTS!

Note: Many TSR's send out 90% of their pledges by FAX or EMAIL!!!

On all donations received at NROTC Headquarters by the end of each Saturday, you are paid Friday of the following week.

Minimum Production Standard - After 30 days of employment, unless on excused leave, any failure to produce a combination of at least ten new (*verifiable) pledges and/or donations per week may result in termination of your TSR Agreement.

*NROTC may contact any pledgee to verify that they were contacted by you and they had approved the sending of their pledge by fax, email or postal mail. If you can maintain this minimum production standard while working only part-time, that is okay!

Okay so now in closing, let me just say that here at NROTC, it is not all about the money. It is all about honoring, supporting and providing aid to our troops and their families.

I hope that you have already read on our website that our mission is to not only to help our wounded warriors but also provide one Blue Star Service Banner to each family of every trooper serving and one Gold Star Service Banner to each family of every trooper who was lost while serving during this Global War on Terrorism. Here are the actual numbers according to the U.S. Department of Defense: Total active duty troops today is 1,300,000. Every year 200,000 rotate in and 200,000 rotate out. Over the next five years the number serving and who have served will be over 2 million. Based on NROTC's cost to provide each service banner, we need to raise 50 million dollars to accomplish our mission. Successful fundraising is very important to us and if you join our team, we will be counting on you.

I hope you will join our team and help us accomplish our mission. It is a rewarding job in that you will know your efforts are helping to accomplish something meaningful.
