We are hiring – Work At Home – Divisional Telemarketing Sales Representative Managers. Both you and your Telemarketing Sales Representatives, (TSRs) will work from home.
Your job will be to recruit, train and manage a team of 10 to 30 work at home TSRs.
Donations are the life’s blood of any charity and donations for the most part, do not magically drop out of the sky or arrive unsolicited.
We are currently expanding our telefundraising efforts nationally. We have 52 Telemarketing Manager Jobs to fill. This is where you possibly come in!… Our phone scripts are proven to be successful over twelve years of tweeking and refining. We keep it short and to the point while giving every donor prospect a strong incentive to donate.
We prefer to hire only EXPERIENCED NONPROFIT TELEFUNDRAISERS AND/OR TELEFUNDRAISER MANAGERS!
If selected for one of our Telemarketing Manager Jobs, your Work At Home Telemarketing Sales Reps, TSRs that you hire, will login to our auto-dialer and talk with people by phone… via their computer and headset… in an attempt to acquire an immediate donation by credit/debit card over the phone or… a promise (Pledge) for a donation by mail. Pledge invoices go out the next day.
Our hosted auto-dialer feeds your TSRs with live calls when someone answers their phone. They will NOT be wasting valuable phone time dailing-out and dealing with voicemail, busy signals, no-answers and such. While on shift your TSR typically receives a new call within seconds of hanging-up from their previous call.
Our dialer is currently set to call businesses during the day Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time and residential calling during evening hours until 9:00PM Eastern Standard Time. We also call residential on Saturdays between 9:00AM through 8:00PM Eastern Standard Time as well as Sunday afternoons. Later shifts are soon to be opened for west coast callers.
*A regular Windows based PC or laptop computer. Our program does NOT work with tablets, smart phones OR MAC COMPUTERS.
*A personal WIRED high-speed internet connection. Our program will NOT work with Wi-Fi, pirated Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Access Points or Hotspots.
*A headset with microphone. A USB headset is recommended.
YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS TELEMARKETING EXPERIENCE!
Anyone with closing for a credit/debit card by phone experience is encouraged to apply.

We do not offer our Division Telemarketing Manager Jobs to just anyone. You MUST have a proven successful history and include this information on your application.

Initially, your job will be to recruit your TSR team. In order to expand nationally and prevent our Division TSR Managers from walking on each other’s toes while running their employment ads, we REQUIRE that each Division Manager restrict their advertising to within their assigned division.

Your goal should be to have your division fully staffed as soon as possible. Your division should easily provide the 10 to 30 TSRs you are looking for!… Your goal should be to have as many TSRs as you are capable of training and managing.

Managing Your TSRs:
The manager dashboard of our hosted auto-dialer, (CRM), provides you with all of the features you will be needing to effectively manage your TSR team. These features include live activity reporting, call recording, line-by-line listen-in, whisper coach, barge or call take-over and much more. Another important feature is call transfer, which is often used to switch a call from a TSR/Agent to a “Verifier/Closer”.
NROTC Headquarters handles all credit/debit card authorization transactions as well as all invoicing mail. All data from each TSR/Agent is automatically transferred to NROTC headquarters for efficient processing via internet. You are provided with accurate Agent by Agent and Division totals statistics with your weekly payroll check.
How much does this job pay? NROTC pays a very generous 15% override of all NET TO NROTC donation dollars produced by your TSRs weekly by direct deposit or mail.
You will also be paid regular TSR commissions on personal production of 40% on new business and 30% renewals, (taps).
What are NET TO NROTC Donations?
NET TO NROTC Donations are total donations to NROTC during any given payroll period minus $0.50 (50 cents) per pledge invoice or credit/debit card receipt mailing to cover postage.
Note: If you have any experience at all in nonprofit fundraising by phone you will already understand our reason for doing this. We charge your division for outgoing pledge postage in an effort to encourage you to keep your division mailing costs within a reasonable percentage of total donations. Knowing a TSR wants to send mail to anyone and everyone, A Division Manager who allows this to happen will have a division that produces NO NET DONATIONS AT ALL!
In the business of nonprofit fundraising by phone we call sending invoices by mail without a strong commitment… writing “Wood” or “that pledge is about as worthless as the paper it is written on”… only in our case its even worse!… At .47 per stamp those costs can be a disaster if our donor prospect has NOT given our TSR/Agent a STRONG PROMISE to return a check by mail!… This is why we prefer to hire EXPERIENCED FUNDRAISERS AND TELEFUNDRAISER MANAGERS ONLY!… OR people who know how to recognize a conversation that is worth the risk of sending that pledge by mail or not!

Override Is Capped – To comply with IRS nonprofit organization guidelines, no representative can earn more than a reasonable amount for services compared with similarly situated profit and nonprofit organizations. This means that no commissioned NROTC representative or Division Manager can earn more than $2,000 per week or $104,000 per year. Its written in our corporate Bylaws. Any weekly overage commissions/overrides are lost and do not accrue to a following week.
*Your division is under-performing if it is producing less than $2,500.00 per week in net donations.
