Donations are the life’s blood of any charity and donations for the most part, do not magically drop out of the sky or arrive unsolicited.
Your job will be to login to our auto-dialer from your home and talk with people by phone… via your computer and headset… in an attempt to acquire a promise (Pledge) for a donation by mail or credit/debit card by phone.
Our dialer is set to call businesses during the day Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time and residential calling on evenings until 9:00PM Eastern Standard Time. We also call residential on Saturdays between 9:00AM through 8:00PM Eastern Standard Time.
Depending on when you login to our auto-dialer, you will be calling businesses and/or residential.
*A regular Windows based PC or laptop computer. Our program does NOT work with tablets, smart phones OR MAC COMPUTERS.
*A personal WIRED high-speed internet connection. Our program will NOT work with Wi-Fi, pirated Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Access Points or Hotspots.
*A headset with microphone. Headsets can be purchased for about $20.00 at many retail locations. A USB headset is recommended.

Before being directed to this page you should have already received a copy of your Authorized TSR Agreement by email. If you do not have it you will need to re-apply HERE.
All new TSRs are to to submit this (required) online form to register with our Human Resources Department: HERE.
NROTC cannot issue a paycheck to you until you complete and return the following EMPLOYMENT PAPERWORK
