Are you a big supporter of our military service personnel and their mission?
Does your heart go out for the military spouses, the children, the mom’s, the dad’s and other family members back home, who go to bed every night praying for their loved one’s safe return? Does your heart go out to our wounded and the families of our fallen heroes? Here is a way where you can do something meaningful for the people who are at this very moment, fighting and sacrificing for the freedom of so many. We are looking for certain qualified individuals who would enjoy being paid to work for a really great cause!
Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: The National Remember Our Troops Campaign, Inc. does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, national or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other occupationally irrelevant criteria. NROTC promotes affirmative action for minorities, women, disabled persons, and veterans.
This is Tom Ruley, Founder and President of NROTC, welcoming you to our "private" offices in cyberspace! I am about to give you an explanation of the income opportunity NROTC has to offer. It is my attempt to give you enough information to make an intelligent decision on this. There is no link to this page from our main website. To get here, you must be invited. Please keep a record of this web address so you can easily return. Here is the address: http://www.nrotc.org/tsr.htm About Us: The National Remember Our Troops Campaign is a 501(c)(3) tax-deductible military charity dedicated to honoring our military service members, and their families, for the sacrifices they make, and letting them know they are not forgotten. We GIVE the loved ones of our military service members a sincere symbol of America's support, an official United States of America Blue Star or Gold Star Service Banner. We are also working to contribute to the relief of our wounded troops returning home from Iraq and Afghanistan, and all wounded veterans. I hope that if you haven't already, you will spend some additional time on our main website, to learn more about who we are and what we do. Here is our main website address: http://www.nrotc.org/ One person asked: Is this a job or is it for charity?... Answer: I understand your question. NROTC is a nonprofit organization. A Charity... It is not uncommon at all for a nonprofit to have expenses, and to pay salaries and commissions. For all of the work it takes to solicit a donation, we do not expect you to be a volunteer. What we are offering is a W2 employer/employee, 100% work from home telemarketing situation. It is a "real" job and not an independent contractor position. We take care of all the withholding taxes for you and your paycheck is automatically deposited into your bank account weekly. Your job will be to solicit donations to help support our mission. You can call residential or businesses. Business donors benefit from the advertising we provide in NROTC's publication, THE TROOPER JOURNAL You setup your own work schedule. Weekday, evening and weekend hours are all available. Work full time or part time. We do expect our TSR's to maintain at least "minimum" production standards which can be accomplished with part time efforts. Time off for personal business or recreation from time to time is okay. Just tell us. You will need to have a nice quiet home office and a computer with a high-speed internet connection and up-to-date voice/fax/data modem. YOU MUST HAVE BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS! Your calling may be made over a traditional landline, digital voice or VOIP, (Voice Over Internet Protocol). We welcome experienced sales professionals as well as entry level applicants. This can be a great job for stay at home moms, military spouses, students seeking a summer job, retirees, military veterans or anyone seeking stable "Work At Home" employment. We are sensitive to the needs of the disabled, especially recent military veterans from the front lines of freedom. While you should be able to earn a nice income with NROTC, we cannot offer you unlimited earnings potential. There is a ceiling on your earnings. Being a nonprofit organization and to comply with IRS rules, no commissioned representative or manager can earn more than a reasonable amount for services compared with similarly situated profit and nonprofit organizations. IRS is very clear and particular on this. The following is written into the NROTC Bylaws, Article V: 5.3 Commission Based Pay Salary Cap. "As a further assurance that a fair but not excessive amount to be re-numerated to the commission based sales representatives and sales managers, a salary cap of no more than $2,000.00, (two thousand dollars), per week will be paid to any sales representative or sales manager. Any weekly commission overage amount unpaid shall not accrue or be added to regular weekly commissions at a later date. This $2,000.00 per week maximum represents a very generous $104,000 per year and it is commensurate with performance and other top level professional sales producer and top level professional sales management positions." Note: This also means that the maximum commission paid on any one donation is $2,000.00. Sorry, IRS required us to do this. If you can live with this commission cap... great! Are you concerned about accepting a straight commission job?... If so... READ THIS Let me try to give you a better idea how this all works. On all first time donations, we pay you a commission of 40%, up to the cap. On renewals, which are defined as all donations after the first donation, we pay you 30% up to the cap. Renewals are issued at the discretion of NROTC management but we try to issue renewals to the TSR who first wrote the deal. You will be using our very simple, paperless, CRM, (Customer Relations Management), program that contains all of your leads and allows you to speed dial from one prospect to the next without ever punching a dialpad. You will follow one of our "Short and Effective" Phone Scripts. We do all the invoicing and mailing for you. Our current ACTUAL AND VERIFYABLE average business donation is $168.78 and our average return rate is 56.23% Our current ACTUAL AND VERIFYABLE average residential donation is $27.29 and our average return rate is 47.24% Our solicitation methods are proven and work very well! The first couple or few weeks are the toughest because it usually takes that long for your invoices to convert to paid donations. If you are putting in the time on the phone and you can hang in there with this until then, we know you will be pleased with the results... and this can all be done working from home! On all donations received at NROTC Headquarters by the end of each Sunday, you are paid Thursday of the following week by direct deposit into your banking account. Minimum Production Standard - After 30 days of employment, unless on excused leave, any failure to produce a combination of at least ten new (*verifiable) pledges and/or donations per week may result in termination of your TSR Agreement. (*Verified by NROTC Headquarters) There is another issue: "Compliance". Nonprofit organizations like NROTC are regulated by the IRS and state agencies. If we allow our TSR's to misrepresent us in any way, we could lose our nonprofit status and essentially be put out of business. Every TSR is expected to represent us honestly and in a businesslike manner. We have a zero tolerance policy for noncompliance in this area. If you are a fast-talking con artist who is willing to say anything just to get the deal, you have come to the wrong place. You should look for a job somewhere else. Our hard-working TSR's earn very nice incomes without employing strong-arm or deceptive tactics! BTW, for all the calling you will be doing, if you don't have a headset, you might want to purchase one. You'll be glad you did! Now being that this is a straight commission job, we cannot tell you how much you will earn. If you have basic skills and you are working at least 30 hours per week, you should be able to earn $300-$600 per week, or more. Other TSR's are earning this and so can you. One thing we CAN tell you is that the amount of your commissions is directly dependent upon the number of phone calls that you make! Recruiter/Manager positions DO EXIST. Show us you can do this job well and perhaps you can build your own team. Team Leaders draw a very generous 5% override on their personally recruited and managed TSR's on top of their regular earnings for personal production. Depending on the number of TSR's on your team and the average amount of their personal production, you can earn substanial additional dollars on every weekly paycheck! 3 TSR's at $750 in paid donations per week/per TSR = $2,250 X 5% = $112.50/wk 5 TSR's at $750 in paid donations per week/per TSR = $3,750 X 5% = $187.50/wk 10 TSR's at $750 in paid donations per week/per TSR = $7,500 X 5% = $375.00/wk 15 TSR's at $750 in paid donations per week/per TSR = $11,250 X 5% = $562.50/wk 20 TSR's at $750 in paid donations per week/per TSR = $15,000 X 5% = $750.00/wk Do you think you could recruit and manage your own team? Do you think you could recruit and manage more than 20 TSR's? Note: In order to qualify for override commissions, a Team Leader MUST meet the Minimum Production Standard referred to above, "at least a combination of ten new verifiable pledges and/or donations", during the same week in which override commissions are to be paid. The position of Team Leader is NOT automatic!... You MUST be promoted to this position! Call Center Allowance: Certain individuals with call center experience may be granted the privilege of opening a call center in their area. Call Center Managers are released from the personal Minimum Production Standard requirement. When this privilege is granted, NROTC is prepared to pay an additional 3% of donations monthly, to go toward the operating costs of the call center. This 3% Call Center Allowance is not subject to the cap and is NOT considered part of the Team Leader's regular income. NROTC will most likely be able to provide each call center with computers at no cost. Okay so now in closing, let me just say that here at NROTC, it is not all about the money. It is all about honoring, supporting and providing aid to our troops and their families. I hope that you have already read on our website that our mission is to not only to help our wounded warriors but also to provide one Blue Star Service Banner to each family of every trooper serving and one Gold Star Service Banner to each family of every trooper who was lost while serving during this Global War on Terrorism. Here are the actual numbers according to the U.S. Department of Defense: Total active duty troops today is 1,300,000. Every year 200,000 rotate in and 200,000 rotate out. Over the next five years the number serving and who have served will be over 2 million. Based on NROTC's cost to provide each service banner, we need to raise 50 million dollars to accomplish our mission. Successful fundraising is very important to us and if you join our team, we will be counting on you. I hope you will join our team and help us accomplish our mission. It is a rewarding job in that you will know your efforts are helping to accomplish something meaningful. If you have any doubt that NROTC is having any real positive impact on people, read this page. You now should have enough information to make an intelligent decision on this. Personal Note: If this sounds like the perfect job for you, well then Great!...
